**TheDecantPlace - Returns Policy** At TheDecantPlace , your satisfaction is our priority. Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our customer service for authorization and further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the return was caused by some issue from our team (ex. we sent you the wrong fragrance or the wrong size atomizer). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TheDecantPlace cannot be held liable for any losses during the return transit. Only unused and sealed perfume samples and fragrance decants are eligible for a return. If the item has been opened or used, it will not qualify for a refund. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. In rare cases, there may be delays beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience. TheDecantPlace is not responsible for losses occurring after delivery.
