Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Only unopened, undamaged, and factory-sealed aroma samples may be returned.

Opened, used, or tampered samples are excluded from returns.

Return shipment
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer—unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

 

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund timing may be affected by your payment provider.

 

Important Notes

Damaged or incorrect items: Inform us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Responsibility after delivery: Once delivery is completed, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
