2. Affiliation & Authenticity
2.1 We are not affiliated with any fragrance brands, designers, or trademark owners. All brands, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and used solely for identification.
2.2 All scent compositions are sourced from genuine fragrance bottles purchased from authorized retailers or distributors. Authenticity is guaranteed.
2.3 Samples are decanted into neutral, sterile sprayers; original bottles or packaging are not included.
3. Product Use & Legal Disclaimer
3.1 Our samples are intended for scent exploration and are not considered cosmetic products. They are meant for olfactory use only. As per EU regulations, we cannot recommend applying them to the skin or clothes, as they may contain ingredients that could cause irritation or fabric stains. Use beyond olfactory evaluation is the sole responsibility of the user.
3.2 These samples are designed to allow you to explore various scents before deciding on a full-sized bottle.
4. Product Details
4.1 Sizes are listed in each product description.
4.2 As these are hand‑filled, minor variations in volume may occur.
4.3 Product images are illustrative and may not reflect the actual appearance.
5. Prices & Payment
5.1 Payment methods: Stripe (credit card) or bank transfer.
5.2 All prices are in Euro (EUR). We may change prices at any time, but your order is locked in at the price at checkout.
5.3 Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
6.2 Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
6.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable on returned orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
6.5 If your name is not visible on the mailbox or entry location, returns may occur and shipping will not be refunded. Please use the name displayed at your address.
7. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, because samples are made‑to‑order.
7.2 Returns accepted only for sealed, unused samples. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we are at fault.
7.3 Report damaged items within 2 days with photos; we’ll resolve it promptly.
7.4 No refunds or exchanges on opened, used or altered items.
7.5 Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for sealed unused samples. Shipping costs are not refunded.
8. Age Requirement
8.1 By ordering, you confirm you meet the legal minimum age to purchase fragrance products in your country.
8.2 You are responsible for complying with local regulations concerning purchase and import of scent products.
9. Liability Limitation
9.1 We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by improper use.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the product price only. We are not liable for consequential, incidental or indirect damages.
