TheDecantPlace specializes in providing perfume samples and decants to fragrance enthusiasts and we do not sell full bottles. 2. We are not affiliated with any perfume brands, designers, or trademark holders. 3. All perfumes and fragrances offered on our site are original and genuine. 4. The original bottle is not included with your sample or decant purchase. 5. Our samples are decanted from the original perfume bottle into glass atomizers. 6. The size of the glass atomizers are indicated in each product description. 7. Payments can be made with all major card companies through Stripe or if you prefer by bank transfer. 8. All prices listed on our website are in EUR and are subject to change without notice. 9. We ship to most of countries worldwide, but shipping times vary based on the destination. 10. Customers outside EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. 11. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. 12. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless our team made a mistake by sending a different fragrance sample or a smaller size decant than the one what was ordered. 13. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days for a resolution. 14. By purchasing, you agree that you are of legal age to buy fragrance products in your country.
