Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vitor Assuncao, Im Mais 1, 71636 Ludwigsburg, Germany – info@thedecantplace.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you returned them — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
